AACCKK! Half way there, ladies! (or almost for some of you!) Day 15, and most of us are on level 2 at this point. Go us!
Ok, if you are shredding, the question for the day is: What is the move on level two that is currently the hardest for you now? (or if you are still on level 1, pick a move from there)
I think we should make it our goal to be able to complete the move that is the hardest for us at the Natalie-level by the time we are ready to move up to level 3. So, instead of hating it, we need to look at it as a challenge to kick that move's butt each time we do it.
For me, it is the squat thrusts. Right now, my legs literally give out on me halfway through and I need to rest. So, I will kick those squat thrusts' butt and get them done!! Woohoo, squat thrusts!
If you are not shredding, what fitness move/workout is currently really difficult for you? Running a mile? Bicep curls with heavy weights? Pushups? Anything? Can you set a goal for yourself, and make it your mission to do the thing that is hard for you until it becomes easy? Like, do pushups each day, and add on one per day until you can do 20 in a row?
Re: Halfway there! Day 15 and a little motivational question
halfway there.....phew!!
ok, almost all of the excercises are way more challenging. But, the 3 plank variation/excercises are pretty intense. some of the stuff i can do the natalie-level - but others, not so much.
One good thing I've noticed - pushups are becoming easier, not easy, but DH did a push up challenge with me - to see how long i could do them for. I did pretty good!! hee hee.
I can only do a few push-ups at a time - I'd love to be work up to doing 10 in a row!
BTW, I went to the chiropractor this morning because I've been having back problems, and it looks like Jillian caused them! I've got a strain in my lower back from just one 30DS work out - but I've always had a weak back to begin with so I'm not surprised LOL.

I have a million complaints about L2, so thank you for reminding me I need to be positive about it.
My goal will be to conquer the sit with the V-raise move. I am awful at it right now. I have been doing it without weights because my 5lb weights are too much for me. I would like to be able to add my weights back in and be at Natalie level before I move on!
