WWYD? Not P&CE Related

So, last week, I was working with my personal trainer, and he had me stepping on a bench and coming back down...on the way down on my left leg, my ankle rolled, and I ended up with a fractured ankle.

I'm in no way saying it's the trainer's fault, or the gym's, but no one from the gym has contacted me about the incident, like what happened, what were you doing, etc....

I know my insurance company will send a letter asking me what happened, and I will have to put on there that it happened at the gym.....but....I kind of figured someone would have contacted me about it.  The trainer knows the full extent of the injury, and so do a few other people who work there.

You ladies are smart and fair, so what do you think?  Should I have expected a call from the manager, or HQ of the gym to discuss this??

I did call today and left a message for the person who oversees the PTs...
