butting in
That's my home town! When I saw your siggie my jaw dropped LOL
Hope you have a great time!
I guess MH's hometown is Kemptville or something like that. His grandparents own a farm there I think.
Kemptville, LOL I've actually never ventured down that way.... and I lived in Ottawa for 22 years - oops.
Has your DH been back in 20 years? You mentioned he hasn't seen his family for 20 years.
Ottawa isn't big but I hope you find things that are fun, and well, atleast get a chance to venture around. We've got some cool spots around the city but I guess I am biased
ha, you and me both.
speaking of your blog, I meant to tell you that I bought that fab bracelet, too. love it!
Aren't they adorable! I love that they help out a great cause too!
Yes, I'm told it's a tiny hick town or something. lol. My husband has not been there since 1989. He doesn't speak to that side of the family. His sisters found him online and they've been talking for about a year. We just found out his grandma has lung cancer and she raised him as a child, so he needs to see her. It's sad, but I'm glad he is finally going to see his sisters again.
I'm sure we'll venture out and explore too. I'm looking forward to it. It looks so beautiful there!
yep, bonus!
yay canadia [sic]!
according to my friend who grew up there, it is a bit of a hick town but beautiful and clean (but isn't most of canadia?)
