Can anyone foster a minpin?
Hello, I have a neighbor that rescued a minpin and while he means well, he doesn't have the money or time to properly care for the dog so I am helping him find a rescue or a home for him.
We live in Indianapolis, but I found a minpin rescue in KY that is willing to take him on financially, but they don't have a foster home for him. I can get him on a transport down to KY if you know of anyone that could open their home to him for a short time.
