Inspector?
My husband and I are purchasing a house on the seacoast of New Hampshire, and we're looking for recommendations for an inspector? TIA!!

We used Joe Griffin of TriState Home Inspections. He came highly recommended by our realtor and we were very happy with him.

We also used Joe for an inspection as well for a property that we didn't end up purchasing.
While we felt he was thorough, he told us that one of the major systems was in great shape, clean and only 6-7 years old. We had a specialist come in since it was leaking and the specialist told us it was about 20 years old and on it's last leg and most definitely need to be replaced.
We're still house hunting and I probably will not call him again but that's just my take. GL!
