Hey! DH is obsessed with this site. Seriously. He looks at it every day. I keep telling him he needs to take the real estate class so he can make some money off of it.
We haven't put our house on the market yet. There's a few things we want to do first- replace the floors in the kitchen, long story about being clueless first time buyers but it all comes down to two dinner plate sized water spots where plants where when we saw the house each time, tile our master bath (we have all the stuff because we tiled the guest bath) and put crown molding in the master (again have all the stuff because we did it in DS's room). We just think it may help set our house apart because there's usually at least 5 other houses in our subdivision for sell at any given time. Confession: we did crash an open house across the street last Sunday. Our house even w/o the changes is WAY better. We are one of the few houses in our subdivision that never had wallpaper and someone had tried to paint over the wallpaper in the kitchen of the house across the street. What about you- have you put yours on the market?
