Looking to Rent!

Hello!

My husband and I are looking for a townhouse/ house to rent, and I figure it couldn't hurt to post here. We are hoping to find something in Windermere, Winter Garden or Dr. Phillips. Our primary concerns are safety of the area and having a garage. We are looking for at least 2 bedrooms.

Look in Independence, Daniels Landing, the place across from Daniels Landing on 535...the names escapes me.  We rented for 2 years in Daniels Landing before we bought a house and I know a friend of mine just moved out to INdependence and is renting.  Also, if you drive through the streets of Winter Garden closer to the downtown area, you might find some super cute homes for rent.

We have been looking in Independence- but the two we have found have been rented within hours of us looking at them! I think we will go drive around Winter Garden tonight! Thanks

Have you tried Craiglist? We are renting in Windermere from an ad we found on there

 thank you A lot of realtors list through craigslist so hopefully they are reputable

It's not an area you listed - but we rent in Clermont (Greater Hills subdivision) and like it. Nice area, great neighbors. Lots of places for rent here too.
