Wicked Review

Wow! What a great performance!

I think someone had mentioned awhile back about seating for this show. We were sitting front row center in the starlight suites and had a perfect view everything on stage. I didn't know a lot about the show except that it was basically about the story of Glinda and Elphaba pre-Dorothy, but both DH and I loved it.  I don't want to give anything away in case there are some who haven't seen it but I will say you will thoroughly enjoy yourselves! We had a great audience too which added to the fun I think.

I'm halfway considering buying tickets to see it again in August when it comes to Austin!

  • Hooray! I can't wait :) I adore Broadway!!!!!!! Plus, my mom kept Elise for the first time ever overnight this past Saturday while I was in Austin and she was so good that she's going to keep her all night tomorrow night! Par-tay!!!

We have really good seats, like 8 rows back, center. Someone said they thought that might be too close but I just can't imagine being too close!  However, most seats at the majestic are great!

Soo excited for a night OUT! Still not sure where we are eating....

Way to go Elise! There really aren't any bad seats at the Majestic. I'm sure 8th row will give you a great view of everything on stage and you'll be able to see their expressions really well. Have a great time and dont forget to report back!

  • I was reading through the playbill and saw that the woman who played Elphaba had her own website. I decided to visit and saw that she had a link for an interview she did in SA. Thought I'd share...

  • We both loved it! We went to Bohanan's before which was really yummy... and then walked across the street for the show. It was so good! We were both really glad we had listened to the music.. but we didn't really know the story/plot so we were still surprised. Our seats were excellent, right-center, 8 rows back.

We had a wonderful evening! I love Broadway as does my metrosexual husband, lol!!!

Lion King is coming in December!!!!!
