Any dog lovers?

I got this email today from a coworker regarding a dog shelter closing in Marion. I'm actually in WI, so am not much help, but wanted to spread the word.

Thought I would post it here, in case anyone is looking for a dog, or knows someone who is.

  • The shelter is not closing - they are moving to a brand new facility and don't want to take the current dogs into the facility because of disease so they are euthanizing them.

I haven't been able to get anyone to return my phone calls, but if you google - that's what press stories say. I don't know what the disease they are afraid of, but full disclosure needs to happen with potential adopters.

Move along, nothing to see here.....
