I am looking for a new inexpensive full-body everyday mascara. I figured why not find out what everyone is currently loving and using?
I am currently using a mascara that I got for free from Origins--it's ok, but I'm not sure if I would spend money on it. I've used MAC in the past and loved it, but it can be on the pricier side. I own the Bobbi Brown waterproof mascara (thanks to my wedding last year), and love it because you could cry your eyes out and/or swim all day long and your mascara will never once run, but it doesn't come off for days (even with using there fancy cleanser) and your eyelashes start to fall out! eek!
All opinions/suggestions are welcomed!
Re: Poll: Best inexpensive everyday mascara?
I like Almay because my eyes are kind of sensitive and it doesn't irritate them. The waterproof variety isn't the most waterproof kind I've ever used, but I actually like that it comes off pretty easily because my eyes get irritated by most of the oil-based removers.
HTH!
I wear Benefit "BADgal lash" from Sephoria.I also used to wear mac but ive falled in love with the Benefit brand. I LOVE all of their products! I was just shopping on the site when i saw this post so im just going to paste the site here just in case. I think that the BADgal lash is $19.

DiorShow- I am obsessed with it. I buy Suave brand shampoo- but DiorShow mascara is a necessity. It is about $23. I like the original one, they sell one that is called "Blackout" and it is super black, but the brush is just not the same.
You can get it at pretty much any department store.
The only mascara I will use is Clinique naturally glossy mascara. But I like my eyelashes to look totally natural, so it might not be full-body enough for you. I don't use anything else by Clinique, but that is the only mascara I have ever liked. I hope you find something that works great for you.
I recently started using Cover Girl's Exact Eyelights fro blue eyes. It has one of those applicators that seperate your lashes and it never clumps. I love it.
I love Maybelline Full & Soft - I had a hard time finding mascara that I liked because I wanted my eyelashes to look natural but also be darker and thicker, and this stuff is perfect. I've tried lots of $20+ mascaras at Sephora but this is by far my favorite and its only like $6.
Also, most drugstores will let you return makeup if you try it and don't like it!
Wow--thanks ladies for all of your great input! I knew I would get some good info out of this post!
I think I'm gonna start with the Covergirl Lash Blast since quite a few of you have recommended it. I'm looking for a good overall mascara... no clumps, makes my lashed look fuller and longer, and something that is dark enough to where I don't need to wear eyeliner too!
I am interested in trying the higher end mascaras sometime this year too!
*Good to know that most drug stores will let you take it back if you don't like it... I'll have to double check before I purchase!
Thank you again for all of your input?
Ditto. I use the orange tube- it's very waterproof. It can be a little hard to get off, but it definitely holds up. And for the price, you can replace it every month the way you're supposed to and not feel guilty
I use the orange tube too, but mine is not waterproof. It still doesn't come off easily, so I think you can go either way.
