Visiting Louisville any suggestions

Hi I am visiting Louisville from July 1st -4th for a wedding.  We are coming from NH, and have never been before, just wondering if you have any recomendations about places we must go, and places to eat.  Thanks in Advance

4th Street Live is always a good time, many different places to hang out ranging from the big party places to the sit down and relax places.  Little expensive but a good one stop shop if you are visiting from out of town.

there are a ton of restaurants here.  where are you staying?  where's the wedding?  downtown is pretty fun.  ditto 4th Street Live!  there are lots of restaurants.  The Waterfront park might be having concerts or something.  Bardstown Rd is neat too.  lots of restaurants, bar, shops.  Frankfort Ave is another one.  Churchill Downs (home of the KY Derby) is open now for their summer horse races.  you must go if you can.

Thanks for the suggestions. We are staying at the Mariott Downtown. The wedding is at a history museum - I don't have the invitation with me right now, I think it might be called the Frazier museum.
