Rec your favorite jewelry cleaner

I am looking for something that will clean all of my jewelry, real stuff and costume stuff. Do you have one that you love?

Thanks

Re: Rec your favorite jewelry cleaner

  • I actually got some from those people who sell random things from kiosks in the outlet malls and I really like it - it also doubles as fog-free cleaner for sunglasses...and it smells like fruit punch. Really sketchy but it does a great job of cleaning my jewelry, I think it's called Reddish Blink.
  • This was actually a topic on the cleaning & organizing board I think yesterday or the day before. I have one of those jewelry cleaners that you can get from Walmart - it works great. However, on that board, it was mentioned that just using windex is recommended (one of the girls said her dad was a jeweler and said that the cleaners actually slowly ruin your jewelry!). Other people mentioned using toothpaste with a toothbrush.

Hope that helps and doesn't just confuse even more!
