I saw your post regarding the misters.  Can you tell me who you used or what system adn ball park price?  We're looking around for a mister for the covered patio our dogs stay under.  Thanks!

I'm totally jealous of it!  I told DH that I wanted a patio w/ misters and he looked at me like I was crazy.  Some day!

DH did himself in the matter of 2 hours max. I think this is what he used. From the receipt he bought a few extra things, but who knows what those things were even used for. I'm hoping he plans to do something with where it connects to the garden hose to hide it when it isn't connected and misting. I'm assuming he will do that once he gets the landscaping done around our posts.

I know!  I follow your blog.    It looks great!

Our issue (besides not having a patio cover) is that when our hose is on, you can hear a loud noise IN the house.  That'd be super annoying when the misters where on.  Guess we'd have to think about that plumping issue before doing anything like that.

Does the mist come out really fine or is it like drops of rain on the patio?  We've been  looking at a systems that have a pump and all that stuff but these are tons less $$$ if they work just as good.

To me, it is just a fine mist. It definitely isn't like drops of rain. Originally, we had planned on doing some research, but DH randomly went to HD yesterday while I was gone to just see what they had and I came home to this installed.
