Oh Boy - Not again.

Thanks to nestie G&D on the D&R board, I am now in LURVE with this chair from Pier 1.  Think I could do this instead of the black leather ones that I originally wanted?  Pics of LR in bio, They would go on either side of the fire place across from the couch.

Re: Oh Boy - Not again.

  • These are like the ones I was originally looking at.

  • I think that chair is gorgeous! However, if your sofa is cream, the white in the chair could make it look dingy.
  • LOVE those chairs!

  • What color is the coach, and is the fireplace wood burning and well maintained?  If the fireplace isn't well maintained and is wood burning I personally wouldn't put white in the room.
  • The fireplace is gas and brand freaking new.  The couch is actually a sand color, but that is a good point.  I also found super cheap CL chairs that might work.  I spend too much time on this sheeet.  I wish that chair came in other colors.

  • I LOVE those chairs - beautiful!

However, I am not sure how I feel with them and your couch.  Is the couch sand on the creamy end?  Is the chair stark white or more creamy?
