Recipe Ideas
DH and I had tacos last night for dinner and I've got about 4 oz of leftover taco meat. Any ideas on what I can make with it?? I'd hate to throw it in the trash =/

Nachos sounds great.
My first thought was pizza. Instead of pizza sauce, use BBQ sauce. It will be fantastic.
