do you think this china cabinet can be modified? PIP

I found this china cabinet on craigslist.. the price is good ($60) and it's the exact size I need for our small space, but the doors are really ugly.  Does anyone think this is something that could be fixed (DIY)? Or should I just keep looking?

you can def work w/it.  i'd say paint it and instead of the white on the doors maybe install some cool plexi glass or even really cool wall paper to match the decor.

thanks! what color would yo paint it? the room is a very light color, so I don't know if white would stand out enough. and where can i buy plexi glass?

right now i'm thinking of a light green (you know that spa green) or a light blue...i believe you can buy plexi glass at home depot.  you can also buy really cool wallpaper and do that....make that the small color that burst

Looks like the white part of the cabinet is curtains... and that should be real easy to remove and replace with a glass face.  If no luck with HD, try a shop dedicated to glass.  We bought a glass top for a table we had and it was less than a $100, and it is big and thick!
