I tried...

OMG... the version was sooooo painful!!

The complete definition of "man handled"

They didn't start till 2ish because the procedure needs 2 OBs and someone was always in a C/S.

The IV wasn't fun either, I wanted to RIP that effing thing out of my arm more than once! They gave me a shot of Trabutaline(sp) to keep my uterus from contracting.

The baby looked good, and I only had like 2 contractions before so they went ahead.

The 1st OB had to see of he could get the baby "out of the pelvis" to make sure that the butt would be able to roll around in there. THAT HURT! Basically... imagine someone DIGGING their fingers into your abs, to reach under the baby's bottom.

Once they showed that they could do that, they did it again while the other OB pushed on the baby's head. The kid turned 1/2 way and that was it.

They tried again, no go.

I stayed on the monitor and the baby looked great, and my uterus was only slightly bothered. They finally gave me something to DRINK!! OMG! 15 hours of nothing to drink!

I finally got home around 5 and DH went to work. I plan to rest a lot and keep this baby INSIDE for another 2 weeks when we have the C/S.

Thanks for all the well wishes! I am going to lie down.
