Fort Wayne hotels?

We'd like to book a room for some friends in Fort Wayne somewhere downtown.  Any suggestions?

Re: Fort Wayne hotels?

  • My wedding guests are staying at the Fort Wayne Hilton at the Grand Wayne Center.  Its pretty nice.  FI and I wanted something a little different than a plain old hotel room for the night of the wedding, so we are staying at the LaSalle Bed and Breakfast:  http://www.lasallebb.com/ in the hollywood suite.  Good Luck!

  • I've stayed at the Hilton many times for work purposes.  It's a pretty hotel- great beds like all Hiltons.  Rooms are a little on the small side, but that doens't bother me.  I would have a hard time booking it for myself, though, because every time I've stayed it seems like the price is really high- usually around $150 or so.. I don't think I've ever paid that for Indy or Chicago for a hotel room!  However, it was for work purposes and I made last minute reservations and didn't really poke around for a better deal.  If you can find a better price than that, I'd say go for the Hilton.
  • I've never stayed in a bad Hilton/Hampton... good luck! ;)
