i some how just came across this post!! wandering around on the internet today........i know it's old.......
that's pretty ironic/funny that you found that space.......someone else on RMS had actually walked through my condo when it was on the market and recognized the room!
NO, we did not end up in my beloved Medinah house, the septic tank was too much for DH to get over........we recently bought a home in Elmhurst and it is in the middle of being gutted.........it will (fingers crossed) be ready by the end of February!!
