Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.     Oh, good to hear!  My appt this week is actually just a consult.  I had to find a new OB, and she wants to meet w/me before the procedure.  I know that makes sense, but I had to wait 4 weeks for the consult and then I'll have to schedule to actually get the darn thing.  Boo!

    I also got an IUD placed in early May and so far so good...Though when my period came, it lasted longer than usual and spotting here and there...Im hoping that tapers off eventually.  Hope everything works out soon!  I was so nervous for the procedure but it wasn't as bad as I thought!

    I have a little spotting, and it took a couple weeks to be back to normal after I got it in, but I really don't mind it. And I don't have any cramping at all (though I didn't beforehand either so that may be the difference). I go to planned parenthood and it was really easy/fast to get my appointments scheduled!
