My husband and I are moving to the Coral Springs area at the end of August, so I just wanted to introduce myself!!

Get ready for a totally different climate. No more bundling up and no more shoveling snow. Buy lots of sandals and sunscreen. You'll eventually acclimate. My father is from Northern Virginia (not quite as cold as Toronto, but still cold and snowy). When he first moved to SFL, he acted like the snowbirds. Running around in shorts when it was 50-60 degrees out. Now, he has to wear a jacket when it gets that low.
Can anyone tell me about these condo communities? thanks!
Hi. I grew up in Coral Springs and still real live close.
The Promenade at Wyndham Lakes is a really nice condo community. DH and I were looking at it right before we got married and decided to buy our townhouse. There is a lot within a few minutes of the community. It is also right off of the Sawgrass expressway which connects you to a lot of other highways. I think that is a nice choice.
The Winners Circle is also in a good area, just a little bit older. You should be able to get these for less money - if not, go with The Promenade. Other that that - I haven't seen one of those in years.
Mira Lago is the only other one I know exactly where it is - another one we looked at when doing our search a few years ago. Nice community - probably in between the other two.
