Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I was just online to the credit card that DH and i share and i see that they've decided to charge us $39 in a late fee for the month of May!! I looked back thru my online statements and we paid *twice* in May! I don't consider that late at all. In fact, we've been making payments twice a month since March! I emailed their customer service to have it removed.
Stupid, high interest rate credit card.

There are some new laws that are making them desperate to find new ways to make money. I think they are getting desperate. sucks.
definitely get them to remove that! they are probably trying to sneak in 'late fees' and hoping people don't notice. good luck!
Wow. That's awful. I would probably call customer service, ask to speak to a manager and complain.
I agree, sometimes they try to sneak charges on your bill, hoping you won't notice. Show them they can't pull that sh*t with you.
I just heard back from them. They're saying that a payment of approx. $38 was due by May 11 and they didn't get a payment till May 18th. Um...i see that i paid you $200 on May 1st. What does that count towards? Jerks. I'm definitely going to call.
