Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

This makes me happy
Yesterday was the first full day my new gym was open. My friends and I went twice (morning before work then after work for a cardio class). Yesterday afternoon there were a ton of overweight people there. We've never had a gym in this area (the closest one is about 30 minutes away and who wants to drive for an hour round trip to work out). It made me so happy to see so many people there who need to get in shape and who WANT to get in shape.
That is all. Sometimes it's the simple things that make me happy.
