Living downtown?
Hey hey SD ladies,
Once again I need advice about living in San Diego. DH and I are considering buying a condo in ICON on 10th/11th/J/K avenues downtown.
Do any of you live in the building or know someone who does? We've done all the tours and spoken with the real estate folks but we want to chat with someone who actually lives there.
Any and all help is totally appreciated!

I live in Little Italy but my friends are in Park Terrace...I know their only issue is the parking during baseball season...but that all really depends on your commute & parking situation. Plus its just a little crazy there during the season...but I love downtown! We are currently trying to buy, also. We only have one car and my husband works downtown, so it makes it a *little* easier!
