Does anyone know about Summit Heights Sub.

Hey girls! i know we have some fenton girls on here and was wondering if you knew anything about the Summit Heights (I think that's what it's called) subdivision in fenton behind dierbergs.... we're going to look at a house for sale there, but would really like to know about the area. ?we're in fenton now, but we need a bigger house and yard.....

I don't know anyone specifically who lives there, but we've driven back there a few times and it looks really nice.  I believe that's Lindbergh School District.  Have you looked at all in the Rockwood Area?  Around 141/Hawkins?  That's where we were looking last year.  I think there are a few houses that are still on the market from when we were looking last year, so it may be possible to low ball of few since they've been out there so long.

we'd prefer Rockwood, it's just hard to find something in our price range! ha. ?We've looked at a few that we didn't like, and are going again friday to look at a few more. ?there was another one in summerchase just come up today, so we're going to look at that one as well. ?I really like the 141/hawkins area. ?we'll see! :-) ?I have 2 showings tonight at my own house. ?what am i going to do w/2 dogs and a toddler when it's 100 degrees out side for 3 hours! ugH. ?the downside of selling! HA
