Follow up on my doggy's surgery (pics inside)

So, yes, you all were right. She is miserable. I feel so bad for her. Most times she can't even move. I swear everytime she looks at me it's as if she's telling me, why did you do this to me? It breaks my heart everytime :-( She still on pain meds, and I have been trying to spoil her as much as possible. Giving her al the tlc in the world and feeding her cesar gourmet filet. Oddly enough when she's eatign that it's the only time she doesn't show any signs of being hurt. lol Here are some photos.

This is the "I can't even look at you right now" look. lol

  • Poor doggy. :( I know it's hard, but it will pass. Our dog was spayed while she was at the rescue and before we got her, but she had to have surgery to remove a mass from near her bladder about a year ago. I think the first two days or so were the worst. Keep giving her lots of TLC. It will be OK.
  • Poor thing she looks so sad with her little cone. I think the cone makes them more depressed sometimes than anything. Hoping for a speedy recovery!

It's true, she hates that cone with a passion. With whatever little energy she has, she tries to rip it off but she is only able to try for a few seconds before giving up. It's cute and sad all in the same time. lol

  • Awww, what a cutie. Hopefully she's back to normal in no time :)
