Incase you didn't see the other posts about the Buddy System...
I wanted to set up a "buddy system" where we email whoever we are assigned to make sure they are keeping up with their workout goals. It will help keep us all accountable, and hopefully motivated.
I will repost this a few more times so more people can see and I'll make the assignments at the end of this week. I will email everyone with your buddies info.So if you want to do it Fill this out and email it to me at dearmichellelee@gmail.com. BY FRIDAY
