Hey, I just wanted to let you know how our appointment with Dr. Houserman went.
We had it last Thursday and while I really like her and her staff a LOT, we didn't receive the best news..:(
We received a lot of disappointing news and the part that we are concentrating on now is the fact that I have another massive ovarian cyst. So we are on a forced break (with bcp) for the next month in hopes of shrinking the cyst. We go to the Montgomery clinic on July 20th for a follow-up ultrasound and a video conference with Dr. Houserman to see where we stand.
But we really were very impressed with the clinic. I feel that if anyone is going to get us through this journey and help us arrive at our ultimate goal, it will be them!

I'm so sorry about your news. I know it has to be very disheartening. But think of it this way - you're one step closer to fixing a problem and achieving your goal! I know - silver lining crap and everything!
I hope that your visit to the Montgomery clinic gives you some good news and that Dr. Houserman has a good "plan of attack" for you guys. It will happen - just try to be patient.
I know it's hard - we had to be patient for close to 2 years before we heard "the test is positive!" The ART Program is the place to be for these kind of issues so rest assured you'll get answers - and good ones!
Keep me posted on your July appointment and if you ever need anyone to talk to please find me! I know all too well how bad the wait can be!
You're in my prayers!
Bethany
Thanks, you are too sweet. I will let you know how our appointment goes on the 20th. I'm hoping and praying that this cyst will be gone, that DH's numbers will be up a little bit and that we can move forward with a plan. I absolutely hate BCPs and I can't wait to be done with them!
