went to court at 9 am today
and I JUST got back to my office!!!
I had to go in to drop off some paperwork to the judge and figured it would be a quick in and out thing. Drop off the papers and get to work. Boy was I wrong!!
Except, it WASN'T an in and out thing because the judge had to hear a case about a llama first. Yes, I said LLAMA!!
I guess I didn't realize how backwoods country my little town is until this morning in court. On a positive note though, I made friends with all the county and state police that were in the court room today 
Even the judge had a little giggle after he finished hearing the case and called for a quick recess.
Happy hump day I guess!!

haha I think that was my reaction exactly when the bailiff started to announce the case...followed by a big sigh!
And actually, it was about TWO llamas! Definitely an interesting way to start my morning.
Guys in uniform are always a good thing when they're on your side. You better believe I'll be bringing up that llama story if I ever get into a scuffle with one of those cops LOL
lOL! Well I just like them for eye candy..lol..l the good looking ones anyways. .
Yea, people here can be a bit funny. If you go anywhere north of Richmond people look at you funny if you ask for sweet tea. I've literally gotten the whole "well ma'am, we have iced tea and sugar...will that work for you?" I think VA is just one of those confused states as to whether they're "north" or "south"
And really..a llama?? But the kick and spit!!
