Do you have any fun plans for the weekend???
Re: Weekend Plans?
Tonight - going to a BBQ with an old group of co-workers that I haven't seen in awhile.
Friday - cleaning, cleaning, cleaning
Saturday - having friends over for a 4th of July BBQ and games
Sunday - sleeping in :-p

Tonight - A friend and her son are coming over to play outside and have dinner.
Tomorrow - We are taking the boys to a pirate storytime on a pirate ship in Baltimore. I think Carter is going to LOVE it. We'll probably have lunch by the water and them come home to clean the house.
Saturday - We are going to a parade in the AM and then a late dinner and fireworks with the kids. Hopefully the kids will last and won't be overly tired.
Sunday - Finish cleaning what we didn't get to Friday. L will do some dissertation work. I'll entertain the kids. Maybe we'll go to the pool in the evening.
yes, we do! tonight we have an appointment with the ob and then i have my last cake class, so i'm doing my big finale cake. it should be fun. i've done a lot of prep work over the last couple of nights, so i think i'm ready to go. i hope i am, at least--and i hope it looks good!
tomorrow morning i'm going to the gym with my sister, and then c and i are heading up to her parents' house for the weekend. her cousin's birthday is the 4th, and it's his 40th, so he's having a huge shindig on saturday to celebrate. i'll be taking the cake with us for that--assuming it survives the trip!
we'll be heading back home on sunday afternoon. should be a good weekend.
We have our hospital tour tonight. Very excited.
Friday we are going up to NH. Our destination is not quite set. Our original plan was to go up to the lake on Friday morning and then drive to S's grandparents on Sat for the 4th then return to the lake and stay until Sunday afternoon. It all really depends on the weather. We may skip the lake and just go to S's grandparents on Friday and come home on Sat night or perhaps even stay at my inlaws on Friday night and the lake Sat. Who knows we don't really want to go up to lake if it is going to rain the whole time. We will just have to see.
We are going to a friend's house to celebrate both his birthday and the 4th. They will probably set off fireworks over the lake afterwards. We are making jello shots to take as our "gift" to him and the party. haha!
Only concern...one of the guys there is a schmucky and I'm afraid he is going to suck the fun out of the evening for us..so we have talked about a plan B in case it gets cruddy and we want to go. Hopefully though he will behave himself and we can just relax and have fun.
Be safe to all of you and have a wonderful 4th!
Tonight- The girls have their visit today so we will spend the night recovering. Yuck. Thursdays are the devil.
Tomorrow-Tidying up, working on the girls room, maybe the park
Saturday-S's mom is coming over for dinner. I am really excited to use all my holiday themed serving pieces. We may try to catch a glimpse of some fireworks from a quiet distance. The baby can't handle the noise up close.
Sunday-Visiting my mom and extended family. They are really excited to see the girls again. They already called to ask what they need so they can have a little gift waiting. So cute.
Tonight we're heading up North to stay with my family for the extra long (4 days since C is taking Monday off to celebrate our 4/2 anniversary a day early) weekend.
Tomorrow with be a hanging out day, and most likely include my nana and I knitting/sewing while C helps with household/tech stuff that nana needs.
Saturday will be an evening BBQ and maybe going to a fireworks show on the harbor, but most likely staying in (too crowded).
Sunday C and I will head to Vancouver for our anniversary night away. We're staying in the #2 Trip Advisor hotel and got a pretty good deal. We'll probably have dinner out and room service in bed.
Monday we'll check out, maybe go the the park in Vancouver, then head back to pick up our dog and have a late lunch with the family before heading home to Seattle.
This sounds awesome! Is this a regular thing in Baltimore? I'd love to take my cousins next time they're in town.
This weekend: my little sister is coming to stay with us on Friday. It was last minute (yesterday night, in fact) but I'm excited to see her. We'll probably take her to the folk life festival and the fireworks.
we're seeing my parents tomorrow (I'm not super thrilled...I hate the NJ shore, and their boat is SMALL for 8 people), housework Sat and BBQ Sunday. And sleep. I am so tired.
Yep. they have free storytime Weds/Fri at 10:30. You can do the boatride too - but we are skipping that this time, I think.
