Yey for a 3 day weekend!! How was yesterday? Any big plans for the long weekend?
Yesterday was fine, just spent the day recovering from our long night. Than Isabel and I went and picked out her bday cake for her first party.
Tommorrow I am going to try and get an appt for Isabel and I to get our haircut.
Than hitting the thrift store to hopefully get something I saw there this weekend and have been thinking about it ever since. I really hope it's still there.
Than we are going to my IL's to have a mini party for Isabel's Bday.
Sat we are going to my parents house, probably grill some hot dogs,play in Isabels pool, and watch some movies.
Sun we are just going to relax at home.

Morning.
Last night was uneventful. Nothing sounded good for dinner, so I ate pickles (shut up) and pita chips.
And this morning I feel like I am going to throw up, so I am hanging out in bed until I feel better. I'll probably be a little late for work. Oh well.
Tonight I am off to my parent's house until Sunday. Yay! MH is staying behind to go to some work party and surf all weekend. I can't wait for the long weekend.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Yesterday R was a handful, but she settled down later in the day. I feel so horrible because I was trying to trim her thumbnail and I cut a chunk of skin off! The funny thing is she didn't cry, but I had a hard time getting it to stop bleeding. She was a trooper.
Tonight we are going to dinner at our favorite restaurant to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. I have to go shopping this afternoon to buy dh a little something, even though I suspect he didn't get me anything.
Tomorrow his parents are coming over since they totally blew us off for the 4th.
We have no plans for Saturday or Sunday.

H works tonight so I am not sure what I will be doing. I might hang around after work and do some shopping or something. I have a 5 day weekend so I am pretty excited about that. I have no plans though. Not a one. So we'll see what happens.
Morning! Just BBQd last night. L was not a goood sleeper last night. Maybe that elusive tooth will show up soon...
Tomorrow doing some shopping and cooking. Saturday fireworks and BBQ at my brother's house. Hopefully we'll try out my parents' new spa too

Kim: Pickles, YUM!!!!!!!! I made P go out & buy me one of the huge pickles in a bag when I was pregnant. hee hee
Irma: ouch! I was so freaked out that I would peel (yes, peel) C nails off. they're so thin they come right off. Poor R. I'm glad she's ok now.
I have a 4 day weekend.
Tomorrow we're going to a children event nearby & "meet" Elmo, Dora & some other character I've never heard of. For the 4th we're still not sure. We've talked about going to Rawhide. They're having a firework show planned. 
Since I worked mornings my DH was the one watching the cartoons with Isabel, he could name all the Dora and Diego characters. When I was on mat leave some show would come on that I never heard of and he'd be like "Oh that's pinky doo" in that DUH voice.
lol that's awesome. Mr. Mom. I had to look it up. It's Manny. Who's Manny? I've known two Manny's my whole life, and they were not kid friendly. lol
Manny? As in Handy Manny? He's on the disney channel, and since Dora is Nick you usually don't see the 2 together (I know. I know way too much about this stuff)

Thanks, she's ok now. I usually peel her nails too, but this thumb nail was stubborn and I couldn't peel it. Now, I won't be clipping them for a while!
Had girls night last night. Tonight, I am going to get a pedi and do laundry. Tomorrow sleep in and then head on down to disneyland. We are staying the night down there and will go back to park Sat morning for breakfast. Not sure how late we will stay. Head back to the IE in the afternoon probably to watch fireworks with friends.
Kristy- you're more than welcome to join us Sat evening to watch the fireworks.

Hehe. That could of been a convo in our house. Dh hates when I peel their nails. But 1)he won't cut them. 2) I can only cut their nails when they are sleeping and I never have the clippers near me when they fell asleep.
With Isabel it was easier since I kept them in the table I had next to where I nurse her. But I can't do that with Isabel getting into everything.
Morning everyone!
Last night was a bit rough for me, my cold got worse and I was miserable. I went to bed at 9:00 pm and woke up in the middle of the night so hot that I ended up sleeping on the floor bc it was cooler. H didnt realize I had moved and at some point in the night woke me up and goes "what the hell are you doing down here?"
I called in sick this morning and just woke up. Feel a little guilty calling in sick since its a long wkend but I really couldnt do it. My boss told me yesterday I didnt look good so take some comfort in the fact that she knew I was sick and not trying to make myself a longer vacation.
So today Dunkin and I are just hanging out on the couch watching the Bachelorette on hulu.
My parents fly in tomorrow and we'll be taking them to the IL's annual 4th of July party in HB. They havent seen each other since the wedding so should be interesting. Other than that no other plans besides sleep and some cleaning.

Me too. I guess we'll see. We may see Terminator instead since we still haven't seen that yet.
