good thoughts please

I've been having some spotting this morning. I called the midwife this morning, but since I already have an appointment scheduled for this afternoon she told me to just take it easy and come in then.

I know that most spotting means nothing... tons of women have it during the first trimester and most of the time it means nothing. That said, I'm definitely scared, so I could use your positive thoughts please.

Hang in there. I know it is hard (impossible??) but try to stay calm. I had a LOT of bleeding at 12 weeks and went on to have a routine/boring/uneventful pregnancy.
