Wedding Guest Transportation
Hi there! I am planning a wedding in Downtown Orlando. I am nervous about finding transportation from the Hotel to the Ceremony, then to the Reception, and back to the Hotel. Do any of you know of a reliable company to rent nice buses, vans, or trolleys from? Or should I try and work out a deal to use the airport shuttles with the hotel?

Is everything within downtown? If so, they might be able to walk or ride the "Lymmo," which is a free bus that runs around downtown at regular intervals throughout the day.
If you end up needing to rent a bus or van, I recommend Mears. I've used them for corporate events before and found them very professional and well-priced.
As for airport transportation, your guests might want to check with their hotel and see if there's a shuttle offered. Also, if anyone's staying on Disney property, Disney provides its own free shuttle service, which is very convenient.

P.S. If you haven't already done so, you might also try the Knot's Orlando board. The ladies here are very helpful, but the knotties are current brides, so they may have more up-to-date wedding-related advice.
