The quote is from Uppercase Living (you might page "Uppercase Living Reps" on the D&R board. I think there are some girls who sell it)
I'm not sure if I can help you with the paint colors. I will email my husband. Check back here later tonight to see if he knows them. Sorry I'm not a ton of help!
