recommend a spa/massage
I think I'm going to take rebecca's advice and get a massage before I leave for my trip next week... Any recs.
the closer to denton/highland village/lewisville the better.

I loved the spa at Coldwater Creek in the Shops at highland Village. It's really pricey, but fabulous.
For a cheaper option, there's a massage school at Main and Garden Ridge. I go there pretty often. It's $30 for an hour with a student or $40 for a licensed therapist.
massage envy gives a very decent massage and your first visit is only $30 or so
tc got me a gift card at the tangerine spa in coppell, he said he read it is supposed to be really good and there is another one in Lewisville
