I know, call me cynical, but I just don't see that getting to the SCOTUS anytime soon.  I like the Leno bill because at least in the meantime those of us with legal marriages will know where we stand in CA.  Right now no one knows.

I know, call me cynical, but I just don't see that getting to the SCOTUS anytime soon. 

Not cynical, just realistic.   It will definitely take time.
