Has it always been this slow?

What does everyone do that they can't spend all day clicking refresh on the nest? I'm an accountant and sit behind a desk most days. SInce I'm not an official KY nestie yet I spend most of the time on the NC board. We are one of the top 5 most active local boards!

Well I only work one day a week now and of course today is the day. It was slow then up now slow again. No one should have to work too much during the day.   Well what do you all NC ladies talk about polls only or do you get to know one another? I'm mainly on the pets board but I click through other ones throughout the day to see what's going on.

i agree w/ it being slow.  i try to think of something to post, but don't want it to just be fluff, ya know?  as long as we keep it active every few days, i think we'll be okay...

A lot of the NC girls have gotten to know each other in real life too. There is usually a GTG of some sort at least once a month. There have even been two NC Nestie sleepovers! I feel like I know more about these girls than most of my regular friends. We have quite a few polls - the new poll feature has sparked some pretty risque polls lately! We always have FFF (flame free friday). It is sort of broken up between the Triangle, Triad and Charlotte girls - but we all get along great. Each region has there own GTGs - everyone is welcome though. Come check us out - we don't bite! We even have a few northern SC girls since the SC board is pretty slow too. There are a lot of girls that like to cook so there are always recipies being swaped. I'm not sure how it got so active - we must have a bunch of unproductive ladies at work : )
