Confessions anyone?

I must confess that when I left for work this morning, I noticed our cat puked on the kitchen floor.  I was running late and didn't clean it up.  DH goes to work later than me, so I let it for him to clean up.  He thinks the cat puked after I left for work.  Shame on me.

Re: Confessions anyone?

  • Ha!  I'm in the same situation...DH leaves for work after me.  I do this too on occasion with our occasional dog messes!  I figure it's his penance for getting to sleep an hour later than me!  Is that wrong?
  • I am guilty of the same thing.
  • I locked myself out of the house today. :P

  • question to the first three posters ...

will DH actually clean it up?

    occasionally, mine will not.

and i wind up cleaning it anyway when i get home.

  • my confession is that i was kind of relieved my 3 pm home training client rescheduled for tomorrow.  I'm kicking back on the couch watching What Happened in Vegas and relaxing until my 7 pm client!!

This. But my DH will try to tell me that it must have happened after he left. And since I was already pretending it happened after I left, I can't exactly call him on it Stick out tongue

LOL!  DH does this to ME!  I work from home, so therefore I must be available to do all this garbage.

I can't think of a confession right now...

DH actually does clean it up.  He's really good about it, which makes me feel even worse!

  • I am late on this but... I am ready to be done with vacation! My DH and I are down in South Carolina with all of his siblings and their spouses/SO's. (And our dogs and BIL & SIL two dogs!) I am ready to kill them all! One SIL wants to go to the beach everyday but it has been storming...other SIL seems to be annoyed with all of us (it's her house we are staying at)...one BIL is sulking because his GF broke up with about 2 weeks ago...I could go on and on! Last night they were all up until 5 am! And now everyone is sleeping....so much for having a nice day! :-/ And the best part is they are all talking about a big blowout family vacation next year! Um...count me out. I love them all but right now I just want to get in the car with my dogs and drive away. And yes I purposely left DH out of that desire! Hope you all have a better rest of the week than me!

good man you've got there!  but don't feel bad about it.  there are plenty of times us ladies are cleaning something up while DH sits on the couch and watches tv.  nice.

recently my cats knocked over a new palm plant in my living room - dirt everywhere.  i was rushing to get out the door and i left it.  and he cleaned it up!

i do hate when that plan backfires though.
