Recommends for Highlights in Queens area. HELP!!
I want to get highlights for the summer but have no idea whom to trust with my hair. I like thin highlights not chunky or stripey. Any ideas where I could go??
I use to go to Intercession on Francis Lewis Blvd. but the guy was inconsistent. Before that I use to go to Christie & Co. in Bayside.
