Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Someone please help tell me how to upload photo's
i get seem to get it.... lol

you mean PIP (picture in post)? the pick has to be on a site like picasa or shutterfly, then you right click and copy the image location, then when the "compose message/reply" screen on the nest you click on the little tree icon, paste it into the "image url" box, and click insert.
Copying the picture location is a little different depending on the browser your using, but this is the basic gist (gyst?) of it.
