Ft. Lauderdale Nesties - Need help
My sister and her boyfriend are moving to Ft. Lauderdale soon. Her boyfriend got a huge job opportunity and they need to find a place ASAP. Do any of you local nesties know of some nice apartments or areas to look for a rental? Or where we should look to find some information? The area is sohuge and we don't know where to begin...... Thanks!!!

It's Beshert
There's a big community in Sunrise called the Sawgrass Residences where the Sawgrass Mall is located. They have alot of single family homes as well as townhomes and apartments. In my townhome community I know that I've seen a few for rent and for sale.
He is an insurance field adjuster, so he works from home. However, he is in the field a lot. She prefers east of I-95, Ft. Lauderdale itself or Hollywood, etc. They want relatively new, with pool and clubhouse, etc. They are young and hip, so something that has a great feel. Without being too over the top in price.......
