Looking for recommendations for a flat rate MLS listing
Re: Looking for recommendations for a flat rate MLS listing
Do you happen to know if they had a MLS fee that was taken out of the buyers agent commission?
Ready for summer!
We ended up taking our house off the market so I can't comment for sure on what happens after a deal has been made (although we did get offers).
But, no, I don't believe there would have been an MLS fee taken from the buyers agent comission. If we were to close on a home, we would have paid the buyer's agent comission directly to the buyer's agent.
Besides the $300 for the flat fee listing, I believe the only other money to exchange hands would be whatever was agreed to in the sales contract (home price, buyer's agent comission, etc).
Let me know if that didn't answer your question.
