I thought they had a Party City on the west shore, but I could be wrong. That is where I got Rachel's balloons.
Party City on the west shore burnt down a few years ago. It was never rebuilt.
There is a new party store that just opened up by Quiznos on the Carlisle Pike, near the Holiday Inn.
