As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone have an LLC?
I'm trying to make my independent consultancy a bit more official (get the LLC, a tax ID, etc.), and I'm stuck on the "registered agent" part of the LLC process.
Apparently, LegalZoom will be your offiical registered agent for the very low price of $150/year. Seriously, this is just for the right to put their address on your LLC app form. I don't anticipate being served any legal papers, so they (almost definitely) wouldn't have to actually *do* anything for me.
So, how did you get around this? Who did you use as your Registered Agent?
