Centex Builder ?
Is anyone familiar with this builder? Pros? Cons? Feedback? DH and I finally decided we are going with new construction and we love Centex, but all we hear is that they ahve been around forever. I need to hear some solid feedback. TIA!

I just moved into a New Construction Centex home in Yorkville. WE have been more than pleased with them. They offer a 2 yr customer warrantly vs most builders who offer 1 yr. Everytime we have needed something fixed (which has beenminimal) they respond very quickly.
The house was very much on schedule, we closed exactly when we were told we would close. We bought 10/15 and closed 3/25. WE love our house!
What comminity are you looking at and what model?
I used to work for two builders and based on my experience in the industry and as a customer I would rate them very high!! Good luck.
