Forgot my wedding ring

It was bothering me while I was doing push ups this morning. So, I took it off & put it by the tv.

I've NEVER left the house w/out my ring. Even through out my pregnancy I kept it on.

I keep rubbing my thumb against my bare finger.

I've done that before. I take it off when I shower and I'll forget to put it back on. Drives me crazy.

My excema (sp?) is back so I didn't wear mine today. It feels weird.

I went to the grocery store the other day without mine on. I'm pretty sure the Olan Mills guy that was there was hitting on me. I told H about it and he said "well maybe if you would've had your ring on that would'nt have happened". Maybe. But I took every other precaution. I looked horrible. No make up, ugly hair, Mary was with me. My clothes looked bad. I mean...this guy must have just been trying to get the sale.

I can't even remember the last time I wore my wedding ring. It's been at least a yr and a half. And Dh wore his ring for about a mth after the wedding and never again after that. Our poor rings just sitting in a box looking so sad.

I wear mine to work and when I go out or whatever, but the second I get in the house, they come off.  I am so much more comfortable with them off.

C's really good...never takes his off.  I on the other hand take them off at night when I go to bed.  And some (OK, most) mornings I forget to put them on.  Especially in this heat...my fingers are swelling a bit so they're kinda uncomfortable to wear.  I wear my E ring rarely but when I wear my wedding band I wear a right hand ring from Tiffany that C got me for my 39th birthday.

My dad flew with the Air force for 30 years. They're not allowed to wear their wedding rings when they fly, so he just stopped wearing it all together. I don't think I can remember my dad ever wearing it.

The only time I ever take mine off is when I get it cleaned. Even then I move my other ring from the other hand to replace mine. My other ring is my grandma's e-ring.

My salt intact almost instantly affects my finger swelling and sometimes I have to take it off at work (esp after lunch) so I'm always paranoid I'll forget it at work.
