For the last two days I?ve been feeling ? off
First I?ve had a tension headache [pain on the side of the forehead and the base of my neck] Then I feel dizzy and achy almost like I?m getting a fever but I?m not. I did feel hot yesterday but after asking for 2nd & 3rd opinions it?s only hot to my touch. Now I?m drinking lots of fluids and had breakfast + snack [crackers w/ cheese]
I have no idea how to make it go away, it?s not hunger and I don?t think its blood pressure but I also don?t feel sick WTF?
Could it be because I need a nap? I have been very sleepy ALL day long?
Any help?

Re: Not feeling great?
I hate to break it to you, dude, but you're pregnant
I have days where I just don't feel myself. I can't necessarily pin point what's wrong, but I just don't feel great.
As for the headache, I've found that weather pressure is really messing with me. I had one yesterday and have a bit of one today. It could be that.
I would drink lots of water, have something a bit sugary (maybe some OJ) and heck yeah, try a nap. When I'm feeling crappy a nap tends to be the best thing I can do. I usually wake up feeling somewhat better and if not, at least I was put out of my misery for an hour or two.
Hope you're feeling better soon.
LOL so it's that easy, huh?!
Thanks ladies, as I'm sure you can understand....everything makes you worry! Glad to know that all I need is sugar & sleep!
TNX.
Once I hit 2nd tri, I got those brutal headaches you mention. They only lasted 2 weeks or so, then I only got them sporadically.
Yup - you're just pregnant. Lots of fluids and lots of rest. Your body is trying to tell you to relax - it's doing a lot of work right now!
LOL
