We are selling our house and just wanted to see if anyone knows of anyone that's looking for a nice starter home. We're in south city, near Carondelet Park. It's 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, partially finished basement, fenced in yard that backs to common ground and the River Des Peres trail.
We just lowered the price to $129,900.

Good luck selling your house, mine's been on the market since November. No such luck yet.
