Hello
If anyone here has used Richard Miller Photography for their wedding, I was wondering how long it took for you to get your album from the date you came up with your final design.
Im not on the boards to often because I dont live in SOFLA but has anyone has troubles with them this year? Heard of any issues?

Hey Lisa! By chance I was just surfing the nest since I haven't been on in FOREVER, but I saw your post and wanted to let you know that it took more than five months for me to get my album after we approved the final design. There were some issues with missing parent albums, so it took a bit longer than expected. We approved the final design in June of 2008 and got our album in November.

We picked our final design in February and are still waiting. Its about 6 months now and I was told 20 weeks, I am now in the 23rd. Havent heard from them so I just wrote and they are on vacation.
I am also getting 2 smaller parent albums. But at least I know you got it. Their customer service skills arent the best and I keep having to chalk it up to being artists, but when it takes this long and there are no updates I get worried!
I hope to hear something when they get back in 2 weeks. It will be the 7th month by then!
OH!
And I dont get the disc with all the images till I get the book, so its killer waiting for them all.
