How was everyone's weekend?  I worked all weekend, so my wasn't anything great.  At least I am off the next two days though

Mine was pretty good.  I went shopping saturday in Mtn. Brook and got some Jessica Simpson shoes for half price, a vase for $2.00 and a $300.00 water fountain for $30.00.  And then sunday, DH cleaned while I napped!

my weekend was pretty nice. we came home from our vacation on saturday so i spent most of saturday evening on the couch...and sunday was spent doing some laundry. i had totally cleaned the house before we left the previous weekend, so i had very little work to do.

Ours was so great- didn't want it to end! We went to a downtown summer festival in Opelika on Friday night, cleaned up on Saturday including cleaning the carpet in our living room- it looks TONS better! Then yesterday, we went to church, my parents came up for a visit and had lunch with us, and then we went to the pool around 6:00 last night. It was so nice!

It was pretty low key.  We took the dog to the vet (for such a small dog, she's pretty dang expensive).  Then we went to visit the family in MS.  Nothing too exciting.

My weekend was great!  Saturday DH and I met a friend of ours at the Lakeshore track and walked/ran the entire 5 miles.  It was a great workout.  That afternoon I went with another friend of mine and her little girl to Hoover so she can swap out her phone because it was having issues, then we went to the galleria and ate lunch and walked around.  On our way back we stopped at a bike shop and I tried out a mountain bike!  I can't wait to get it!

Sunday was church and then we had a ladies luncheon which was nice.  When I got home DH, my mom, and I went to the summit for a little window shopping.

Now I'm counting down the days and I'm off all next week!

Mine was l-a-m-e.  I went and ran errands with DH on Friday, and we ended up at the dollar theater and saw "Ghost of Girlfriend's Past" (cute).  Had dinner out, then I came home and started to gather clothes to donate.  Saturday I did some much needed work on my dissertation proposal, did some research, and finished off the clothes donation pile.  Yesterday I did a little bit of work, and then we went to pick up boxes for our upcoming move.    We did have yummy Thai last night though!!!

I had a great weekend!  My BIL turned 25 at the beginning of July, so DH's parents got a hummer limo for 12 of us to go out bar hopping Saturday night!  It was a surprise to BIL, and believe me, he had NO clue!!  And, it was my first time in a limo ever, so it was pretty cool!

Ours was great...not long enough!  Friday night we ordered pizza and opened a bottle of wine and watched a movie.  We actually stayed up pretty late which is rare b/c we're usually in bed by 9:00 or 10:00!  Saturday we went to our rental houses and met our contractor and then came home, took a nap and went back out for Mexican.  Yesterday we decided to be adventurous and went hiking in the woods in our neighborhood.  It's a trail that most of the 4-wheelers go up, but we went at 9:00 in the morning and were gone for 2 1/2 hours!  We saw deer all over the place including 3 that ran right in front of us.  Then as we were walking my eye catches something green and I found $30!!!  (I don't miss money when it's lying on the ground) haha  we kept seeing 1's and then a 5 and then DH ran ahead of me and found a 20 just lying on the ground....it was a good day!   It was so nice we came back and went and had lunch at Taziki's, ran some errands and came home.

I love Taziki's!!!  We eat there almost every time we are in town.

Sunday we were just lazy...because I had to go to work at 2pm....and work a double **gag**

The upside....because I worked like a dawg on Sunday....DH took me for dinner at Surin last night

I am totally jealous!  I love Greg Maddux.  I hate that I missed the game that night.  DH and I will probably go to a game either this year or next.

Surin is the best!  We get Thai food almost every weekend and sometimes we eat lunch there and then get another order to go and have it for dinner!
